How are freshness and timing confirmed?
Roasted orders receive a preparation and dispatch plan after the lot and route are confirmed. The dispatch estimate is different from the carrier's delivery estimate; neither is represented as an absolute promise.
Who handles importing, CBSA customs and CFIA requirements?
Responsibilities depend on the confirmed DDP, DAP or EXW term and named destination. A Safe Food for Canadians licence covers the applicable food shipment and the CBSA entry is accounted through CARM. Neither the CFIA nor CBSA approves a company, coffee, label or shipment. Coffee under HS 0901 is duty-free into Canada, but 5% federal GST applies on the customs value at import and carrier brokerage may apply. Is an order request binding? When do I pay?
An order-request draft is not a payment and does not lock inventory. The team verifies the lot and preparation plan, then issues the confirmed commercial next step. Card checkout is a separate option for the validated wholesale coffee subtotal.
How does the card payment (Stripe) work?
The button opens Stripe-hosted checkout in USD and charges the server-validated wholesale coffee subtotal with applicable catalog discounts. It does not confirm inventory, reserve a lot or charge the final freight. The return screen remains neutral until the signed webhook and team verification confirm payment and order state.
What is the Thermal Shock process?
Created by Edinson Argote & Angela Rojas at Finca Quebraditas: ripe cherries are inoculated with selected yeasts, then submerged in 60°C water. The heat shock arrests fermentation — locking in sweetness and vibrant floral complexity for an exceptionally clean cup. Available in North America exclusively through Senda Dorada.
What is the minimum order?
The online wholesale flow accepts 10–250 kg. For evaluation, the separate sample preview prepares a request for one or more 1 kg green or roasted samples and keeps provisional coffee separate from estimated transport. It does not collect payment. Choose samples.
Do you offer volume or recurring discounts?
The catalog's current wholesale volume rules are applied by the server. Sample credit and any welcome/loyalty promotion are not combined automatically; a combination requires written confirmation and margin validation.
How does the 1 kg sample credit work?
One sample-coffee credit may be reviewed for a qualifying first wholesale order of 25+ kg within 90 days. It is not automatic, applies once per business, and excludes shipping, taxes, fees and services. See current sample terms.
What is your cancellation, refund and damage process?
Unprepared orders can be cancelled. Report damage, shortage or a wrong item within 48 hours and keep all packaging. Authorized unopened returns go to Senda Dorada LLC in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Read the complete policy.
